The Fifth Collection of Utter Speculation is Live today

Happy Anniversary Collections of Utter Spec!

Five years ago Susan, River and I were in a small workshop with two other authors and we had an idea to put out an anthology together. We had so much fun (and a few fights) doing that first book and when it was all over we knew we wanted to do it again.

Now we’re a year into the formation of Speculation Publications, a solid year of publishing as an indie press under our belt and our crybaby is born today. Aside from being the fifth collection of utter speculation, it’s also the fifth book put out by Speculation Publications.

It marks the beginning of a new phase for Spec Pub, and we’ve recently announced our Utter Spec Novella Series which will open for submissions in November.

So Happy Book Birthday, Happy Anniversary, Happy Fifth and Happy Spooky Season.
