The Bucks County Short Fiction Contest has posted my short story, “Cellar Door,” to download.

HERE

It is a 5300 word portal fantasy about a recent retiree who is finding out her plans for the rest of her life may not be what she always thought they would.

I also very much recommend the other available story, “Red Spinny Dress” by Lonn Braender, and checking out First Place Winner, Jennifer Fritch.

I would like to thank my co-editor at Speculation Publications, River Eno, for helping me refine this story, as well as Allison and Marlaina for giving it that final polish that helped it finally find a home.

And I would love to hear what you think. If you want to leave me a review, please do in the comments. Respectfully, of course.

Also, don’t forget to check in on Monday when I announce the details for my upcoming horror novella.
