LCW Allingham is an award-winning author, artist, and editor. Her short fiction has appeared in numerous anthologies and publications. She is the executive editor of Speculation Publications, a member of the Historical Novel Society and the Horror Writers Association. In 2024 she published her debut horror novella, MUSE and her debut historical fiction novel, LADY, which won a 2025 Critters Reader Award. She resides in Bucks County with her family, her animals, and her ever growing art collection.
LC reads everything, but is particularly fond of character driven fantasy, unique horror and immersive feminist and queer historical fiction. She is always looking for recommendations on the horror story that will scare the hell out of her. Her standards are too high because she was a child with an overactive imagination and insomnia. She is a project person, always looking for new things to try and new connections to work with.
She also is big fan of interesting rocks. Like, weirdly so.
